The tour starts at the El Acebuche Reception Centre, where participants board a 4x4 vehicle led by an expert local guide. Refreshments are available at the on-site restaurant before departure.

Participants will explore the reserve, focusing on the rich biodiversity of Doñana's ecosystems. The jeep will traverse the stunning dunes of Doñana, with opportunities to stop and capture the scenery.

The tour also includes visits to the picturesque marshes of the Guadalquivir, highlighting the diversity of fauna and flora in this protected region. Another stop is made at La Plancha, a small settlement where insights into the life of ancient inhabitants will be shared.

Further exploration includes driving through forest and scrubland areas to observe more species of plants and animals.

After approximately 4 hours, the tour concludes with a return to El Acebuche.
