Almuñécar PADI Open Water Diver Course

On our PADI Open Water Diver Course in Almuñécar, we'll spend 4 days exploring Granada's Costa Tropical. You'll become an independent scuba diver and learn all the techniques necessary to enjoy this underwater sport.

Almuñécar PADI Open Water Diver Course

Discover the underwater world of the Costa Tropical on our PADI Open Water Diver course in Almuñécar. We'll carry out 9 dives over 4 days of learning.

Days 1 & 2: Theory + Practice in confined water

For the first 2 days, we'll receive theory lessons from diving instructors at the centre on Paseo China Gorda in Almuñécar. We'll attend 5 theory classes, covering essential information for safe diving and watch videos to enhance our understanding. Following a test, we'll practice technical exercises in calm, shallow water, allowing us to apply our knowledge in a secure environment.

Days 3 & 4: Dives in open water

On the third and fourth days, we will conduct 4 open water sessions, diving to a depth of 60 feet (18 metres). Upon successfully completing all exercises, you will receive your PADI Open Water Course certificate.

Before the course, present a medical certificate confirming your fitness for this sport.After the activity, wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or going to high altitude areas.
