On this tour of the Caminito del Rey, we'll explore the Natural Park Desfiladero de los Gaitanes through walkways built in the early 20th century, offering views of the Guadalhorce River from a height of 100 meters (328 ft).

Tour Details

At your chosen time, we will meet at La Garganta restaurant in the village of El Chorro, Alora. From there, a shuttle bus will take us to the starting point of the King's Little Pathway, approximately 15 minutes away.

Upon arrival, we will brief and, after a short walk through pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, we will don our safety helmets and begin our walk along the footbridges of the Caminito del Rey. This will be an unforgettable experience.

The tour will last 3.5 hours, highlighting the incredible views of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes. While enjoying the scenery, you will learn about the route's history and its connection to King Alfonso XIII in 1921, explaining how it acquired its name.

For 3 hours, we will walk between rock walls over 300 meters (984 ft) high, witnessing how the Guadalhorce River has shaped the steep landscape over time.

Finally, we will return to the bus, concluding the tour after 4 hours of activity at the starting point.
