Tour Overview
At your selected time, we will gather at La Garganta restaurant, situated in the quaint village of El Chorro, part of Alora. From there, we will board a shuttle bus that will take us to the entrance of the King’s Little Pathway, a short 15-minute ride away.
Upon arrival, we will disembark and embark on a brief stroll through the pine forests and Mediterranean flora until we reach our starting point. At this location, we'll equip ourselves with safety helmets and begin our unforgettable walk along the footbridges of the Caminito del Rey.
This 3.5-hour trek will allow us to admire the stunning vistas of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes along the Caminito del Rey. While soaking in the views, you will gain insights into the fascinating history of this path, including its connection to King Alfonso XIII in 1921, shedding light on the origins of its name!
We will navigate through towering cliffs that soar over 300 meters (984 ft), witnessing how the Guadalhorce River has sculpted this dramatic landscape over the ages. In addition to traversing the renowned suspended walkways, we will cross the hanging bridges on our journey, including Spain's longest new suspension bridge.
At the conclusion of our 4-hour adventure, we will board the bus and return to our original meeting point, bringing our tour to a close.
