At the indicated time, we'll meet at Av. Ary R. Valadão Filho, where you'll receive directions to Fazenda São Bento. Located near this location and in the heart of the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park is the Almécegas Waterfall.

Before the adventure begins, the instructors will assist you in putting on your equipment and brief you on the safety rules. Staff throughout the waterfall will be available to assist you, so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

We'll then embark on our descent of the 45-metre (148-ft) waterfall. During the first section, you'll need to propel yourself through several natural obstacles. Then, you'll go through the Almécegas waterfall before arriving at a natural pool where you can cool off.

After three hours, we'll return to Fazenda São Bento, concluding the activity.
