We'll meet at your selected time at the São Gonçalo Church to begin our guided tour of Amarante. During the tour, we will explore the history of this Portuguese city.

Amarante, home to the Tâmega River and the São Gonzçalo Monastery, is rich in culture and heritage.

Throughout the tour, we'll visit the São Gonçalo Church and navigate through Amarante's streets and alleys. We will discover its main monuments and captivating stories and legends, along with notable figures like Antonio do Lago Cerqueira and Amadeo de Souza Cardoso.

We will conclude the tour by sampling some local typical desserts accompanied by a tea or coffee.

After a 2-hour guided tour, we will return to the starting point to say our goodbyes.
