Amboise & Tours Motorbike Sidecar Tour

The tour begins at the Amboise Tourist Office at the scheduled time. The itinerary includes visits to significant monuments in Amboise, such as the Royal Château and Clos Lucé Château, where Leonardo da Vinci spent his final years.

Next, a stop at the Belvédère viewpoint will provide views of the Loire River and the Île d'Or, known as the golden island. Following the historic tour of Amboise, the journey continues through a vineyard area along the Loire, leading to the city of Tours.

In Tours, the tour will explore the old town, featuring landmark sites like the Saint-Gatien Cathedral and the Charlemagne tower, along with a visit to Place Plumereau, recognized for its half-timbered buildings.

The tour concludes with a return to the meeting point in Amboise, approximately four hours after departure.

What are the motorbikes like?

The motorbikes will be operated solely by the guide. Each vehicle accommodates a maximum of 2 passengers: one on the motorbike behind the guide and one in the sidecar.
