The meeting point is at the Hotel Vigla car park at the specified time, where the group will head to the traditional kitchen to meet chef Irini.

This professional cook will instruct on preparing key recipes of Greek cuisine. The menu includes gemista, a tomato and pepper stew, and patatato, a goat and potato casserole.

Participants will also learn to make baked pasta known as pastitisio, and galaktompoureko, a typical sweet, along with other essential Greek dishes. A tasting opportunity will be available on a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Mount Kroukelos.

After the tasting, participants will conclude the activity and say goodbye to the chef.
