Participants will meet at the Hotel Vigla car park at the indicated time to go to the traditional kitchen and meet chef Irini, known as the "woman with magic hands." This professional cook will guide them in preparing key recipes of Greek cuisine, including gemista (a tomato and pepper stew) and patatato (a goat and potato casserole).

Additionally, the class will cover the preparation of baked pasta called pastitisio and galaktompoureko, a typical sweet, along with other essential dishes. Participants will have the opportunity to taste these dishes on a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Mount Kroukelos, enhancing the experience.

After the tasting, participants will bid farewell to the chef, concluding the activity.
