We will meet at the Hotel Vigla car park at the specified time to proceed to the traditional kitchen and meet chef Irini, known for her culinary skills.

During the class, the chef will guide participants through the preparation of various Greek recipes. The menu features gemista, a tomato and pepper stew, patatato, a goat and potato casserole, and baked pasta referred to as pastitisio. Additionally, the class includes the preparation of galaktompoureko, a typical sweet. Participants will have the chance to taste these dishes on a terrace with views of the Aegean Sea and Mount Kroukelos.

After the tasting session, the activity will conclude with farewells to the chef.
