On this tour of Amorgos, we'll explore the island and visit the must-see spots, such as Agios Giorgios Valsamitis Church, Agia Triada, and Hozoviotissa Monastery.

Amorgos Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Vigla Hotel in Tholaria to start this tour of Amorgos.

We'll leave Tholaria by minibus for Aegiali Bay. Our first stop will be the Church of Agios Giorgios Valsamitis, located on the site of an ancient Greek oracle.

Next, we will head south, stopping for a break at a coffee shop before proceeding to the village of Arkesini, home to the Church of Agia Triada, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Our next destination is the Hozoviotissa Monastery, one of Greece's oldest monasteries, positioned 300 meters above sea level. Inside, monks offer traditional raki and loukoumi.

We will then visit Chora or Hora, the island's capital, where we will stroll through cobblestone streets and admire the white buildings with polychrome wood decorations.

Finally, we will return to the starting point, concluding the tour of Amorgos approximately 7.5 hours after the initial pickup.
