At the scheduled time, our team will take you from your hotel in Amritsar to witness the Wagah Border Closing Ceremony. You will be able to observe this military event of the lowering of the flags between India and Pakistan up close!

After a scenic drive lasting around 40 minutes, we will reach the Wagah-Attari border. This extraordinary ceremony has been held daily since 1948. Upon arrival, you'll take your seat in the bleachers and enjoy a welcome drink as the event begins. During the ceremony, expect to see the closing of the border fence alongside border guards saluting and executing various military formations and maneuvers.

As the Wagah border closes, we will share insights into the history of this tradition and other fascinating facts. For instance, this ceremony is also referred to as the "Beating Retreat Ceremony".
