Day Trip to Haar Castle

We'll meet at 151 De Ruijterkade in Amsterdam at the agreed-upon time to begin our excursion to Haar Castle.

Following a road trip of approximately 45 minutes, we will arrive at Haar Castle. This stronghold, located in the Utrecht province, awaits us with its gardens, impressive exterior, and lavish chambers.

The current structure is a reconstruction from 1892, but records indicate that a castle has existed on this site since 1391. We will spend three and a half hours exploring while sharing historical facts. You'll learn why it is considered a Dutch architectural gem.

We will see the former stables and enter the castle to examine some of the fortress's most notable rooms, including the main hall, dining room, ballroom, kitchen, and bedrooms.

After uncovering the tales and legends concealed within the walls of Haar Castle, we will return to Amsterdam to conclude the tour. We will arrive after a total of around 5 hours.
