Access your City Card via the official City Card app using the unique CC code from your reservation.
For assistance, visit the I amsterdam store, located north of Amsterdam Centraal (De Ruijterkade 28 B t/m D).
Store hours: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm; Saturday & Sunday, 9 am - 6 pm.
