Description

Situated between Leidseplein and Max Euweplein, near Museumplein and the Rijksmuseum, the Rembrandts Amsterdam Experience offers an immersive exploration of one of the 17th century's most celebrated Dutch painters. In this 25-minute adventure, you'll be transported to 1663, entering Rembrandt's final studio on Rozengracht to learn about 17th-century Amsterdam.

The experience combines video, 5D special effects, music, and video art panels to explore Rembrandt's life and artistic legacy, including his notable work "The Night Watch." You will also learn about key figures in his life such as his partner Hendrickje, son Titus, and daughter Cornelia through various audiovisual presentations.

Opening hours

The immersive Rembrandts Amsterdam Experience is open Monday through Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm, with entry every 10 minutes. Depending on the crowds, you may have to wait a few minutes before your screening begins. Please note that these times are flexible and subject to change.
