This tour leaves Amsterdam behind to discover the landscapes and most important cities in Holland: visiting Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague.
Tour of Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague and Madurodam
Leaving the centre of Amsterdam at 9:30 am, we will head towards our first stop, Rotterdam, famous for its modernist architecture.
In Rotterdam, we will tour the city, exploring its port and unique architecture. Additionally, we will enjoy an hour-long boat trip for a new perspective on the cityscape.
Before departing Rotterdam, we will pause at the Markthal market, a distinctive building with a market underneath, featuring large Van-Gogh inspired illustrations within.
Next, we will visit Delft, known for its ceramics, particularly popular in the 17th century as an alternative to Chinese porcelain. We will tour the Delftse Blue factory before providing free time for lunch.
Continuing through scenic landscapes, we arrive at The Hague, which houses the Dutch government. In The Hague, we will view the two notable buildings: The Dutch Parliament and The Peace Palace.
Our final stop is Madurodam, a model village featuring reproductions of Holland's most famous places and the world's largest miniature train. You will have an hour to explore the model streets and sights.
Finally, we will return to Amsterdam, arriving around 7:30 pm.
