Via Ferrata Leitzaran

Get your adrenaline pumping on the Leitzaran via ferrata - scale mountains, slide down a zipline, and revel in stunning natural landscapes.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Leitzaran Visitor Centre to begin our adventure. An introduction from our guide will include safety instructions and facts about the Leitzaran Valley.

After putting on safety equipment, we will head to the via ferrata's start. The first part includes a training area for familiarisation with the equipment.

You will glide down a zipline spanning the river, experiencing a flight above the water for 70 meters (230 feet) at a height of 16 meters (52 feet). Following this, we will proceed along the 220-meter (721-foot) via Ferrata.

Throughout the route, we will navigate five vertical walls using clamps, holds, ladders, and rocks, making stops to take in the views of the Leitzaran valley. We will return to the starting point after 2 to 2.5 hours of activity.

Important

The minimum height for participation is 1.40 meters (4 feet 7 inches), and the maximum weight limit is 120 kilograms (265 pounds).This activity is not recommended for individuals who have vertigo or fear of heights. Participants should be in reasonable physical condition.
