After meeting in the parking lot of Castel del Monte at the time of your choice, we'll get on the bikes and start a route around this UNESCO-protected World Heritage Site.

When booking, you can choose to take the tour on a standard bike or an electric bike. The route will be 18 kilometers long.

We'll start pedaling around the border of Castel del Monte, a fortress built by order of Frederick II in 1240. The castle combines Romantic, Gothic and Islamic elements in a design that follows some curious mathematical patterns. Your guide will provide interesting facts about the fortress, including the significance of the number eight in the facade.

Continuing along the perimeter of the fortress, we'll discover places where the monarch used to go hunting and see several examples of the famous trulli, typical houses of the Apulia region characterized by their conical roofs.

After three hours of riding, we'll return to the starting point and the tour will end.
