Swimming with Dolphins

Jump into the beautiful sea and play with the friendliest underwater mammals. On this tour, we'll take you swimming with dolphins off the coast of Terceira. This is an experience simply not to be missed!

Activity Details

At the scheduled start time, we'll meet up at the port of Terceira. Before leaving dry land, our monitor will deliver a brief presentation on how to enjoy the activity in the best possible way whilst respecting the natural environment of the dolphins.

Then we'll put on all the necessary equipment and set off on the boat trip to a popular spot for watching Dolphins in the Atlantic Ocean. Once we arrive, we'll dive into the beautiful ocean and meet these affectionate animals.

For the next few hours, you'll swim with these wonderful creatures and enjoy playing with them in the water. All the time, you'll be surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Azores Islands. When the activity has finished, we'll head back to land, admiring the incredible views of the coast of Terceira on the way. We'll arrive after a total of 2.5 - 3 hours.

How does it work?

You will start by meeting at the designated point at the port of Terceira. After a brief introduction and safety briefing, you will gear up and embark on a boat trip to a prime dolphin watching area. This experience allows you to swim and play with dolphins in their natural habitat. The activity runs for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including travel time.

Important Info

Children aged 12 to 17 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, or must have a signed document of authorization. Unfortunately, children under 12 are not able to participate.
