Terceira Island Full Day Tour

We will pick you up at 10 am at your hotel in Angra do Heroísmo and set off on a trip around Terceira Island and its main attractions.

Onboard the vehicle, we'll cross Mount Brasil, which rises more than 200 metres above sea level and is a nature reserve of great biodiversity.

We'll continue along the east coast, visiting the viewpoint of Porto Judeu for a view of the islet of Cabras, and the Forts of São Sebastião, significant in the island's history. Next, we’ll head to the viewpoint of Serra do Cume to see the "patchwork quilt".

We will stop in the historic town of Praia da Vitória for an hour of free time to have lunch and explore. In the afternoon, we will visit the natural pools of Biscoitos, where Atlantic waters meet volcanic rock.

We'll then discover a hidden spot in the mountains, followed by a tasting at the oldest cheese dairy on Terceira Island. Lastly, we'll visit the fishing village of São Mateus to learn about local culture and traditional fishing.

Finally, at 5 pm we'll return to the starting point.
