On this tour, we'll explore the town of Abraão, Preta Beach, and the Ilha Grande Aqueduct. There will also be an opportunity to swim in a natural pool.

Tour Ilha Grande

Meet us in front of the São Sebastião Church to begin our walking tour through the history and nature of Ilha Grande.

The tour starts in the village of Abraão, covering around 3,000 years of history. Learn about the island's first inhabitants through plaques detailing their historical significance and the context of Ilha Grande and Angra dos Reis in Brazil's history.

Next, we will visit Preta Beach, known for its black sand and the remains of the 19th-century Lazareto, a quarantine hospital.

The tour concludes at the Ilha Grande Aqueduct and a natural swimming pool. Enjoy time for sunbathing, bird-watching, or swimming. It is said that those who swim here are destined to return to the island.

After the swim, we will return to our meeting point, completing the tour 2 hours after pickup.
