On this tour, we'll explore the town of Abraão, Preta Beach, and the Ilha Grande Aqueduct. You'll have the opportunity to swim in a natural pool.

Tour Ilha Grande

Meet us in front of the São Sebastião Church to begin our walking tour of Ilha Grande.

The tour starts in the village of Abraão, where we will explore around 3,000 years of history. We will learn about the island's first inhabitants through commemorative plaques that highlight their historical significance and the roles of Ilha Grande and Angra dos Reis in Brazil's history.

Next, we will head to Preta Beach, known for its stretches of black sand and the remnants of the Lazareto, a 19th-century quarantine hospital.

Lastly, we will visit the Ilha Grande Aqueduct and a natural swimming pool, where you can sunbathe, watch birds, or enjoy a swim. Legend says that those who swim here will return to the island.

After the swim, we will return to our meeting point, concluding our adventure approximately 2 hours after pickup.
