Venture into the heart of the Taurus Mountains with this day trip from Side. Discover charming mountain villages, a spectacular cave, and a unique underground lake in Turkey.

Altinbesik Cave, Avasun and Ürünlü Tour

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Side and head towards the Taurus Mountains. Our first stop will be Avasun, known as the 'laurel village,' where we'll ascend to 1200 meters (3937 ft) to enjoy views of the Green Canyon, the Green Lake, and Manavgat.

Next, we'll explore the small village of Ürünlü, famous for its button houses. Our guide will share insights into this Turkish village inside a traditional house, where tea or coffee can be purchased.

We will then visit Alt?nbe?ik Cave National Park for a boat ride on the largest underground lake in Turkey, cruising among impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations in the Golden Cradle Cave. After a 20-minute boat ride, we'll have a full traditional lunch at a restaurant in Ormana. Following lunch, we'll visit Sarihacilar Köyü, where we will see a traditional house and an over 650-year-old Ottoman mosque.

Finally, we'll return to Side and conclude the tour at your hotel about 9 hours after pickup.
