On this tour to the Aspendos theater and the historic city of Side, we will explore significant sites in Turkey.

Aspendos Theater, Manavgat Waterfall & Side Tour

Between 8:30 and 9:30 am, pickup will be provided from your hotel in Alanya. The first stop will be the Aspendos Theater.

We will visit this Greco-Roman theater built during the reign of Marcus Aurelius, noted for its history and excellent acoustics.

Next, the tour will proceed to a jewelry shop to view valuable goldsmith pieces. Afterward, a traditional meal will be served, featuring a main course of either meat or vegetables accompanied by rice.

Post-lunch, the tour will continue to the Manavgat Waterfall, which stands 2 meters high and stretches 40 meters across, providing excellent photographic opportunities.

The final stop will be the ancient city of Side, founded by Greek settlers in the 7th century B.C. Here, we will see the Hellenistic gate, the agora square, and the Roman temple dedicated to the god Apollo, known for its historical significance, including the meeting of Mark Antony and Cleopatra.

Finally, we will return to Alanya and drop you off at your hotel between 5:30 and 6:30 pm, concluding the tour.
