Enchiladas, tamales.... Delight in the exotic flavors of Guatemalan cuisine on this food tour of Antigua Guatemala.

Antigua Guatemala Food Tour

At the indicated time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Antigua Guatemala to explore the city and its authentic flavors. The first stop is San Felipe, where you will taste atol, chuchito, and a typical sweet. Atol de elote is a hot drink made of ground corn, milk, cinnamon, and sugar. Chuchitos are small tamales filled with meat and covered with tomato sauce, finished with a typical sweet.

The second stop is at La Merced church, where you will savor Guatemalan enchiladas, which are fried tortillas topped with beetroot, ground meat, vegetables, hard-boiled egg, and parsley, paired with a refreshing drink.

We will conclude the tour in Santa Ana, where you can choose between shuco or búfalo. Shuco features sausage, guacamole, cabbage, mayonnaise, and mustard. El Búfalo is a large sandwich filled with beans, meat, cabbage, and a proprietary sauce.

After 3 hours, we will return you to your hotel in Antigua Guatemala.
