Day Trip Details

After picking you up from your hotel in Antigua Guatemala, we'll head to Auto Safari Chapín in Escuintla, one of the important wildlife conservation projects in Guatemala.

Upon arrival, we'll take a break then hop aboard a vehicle for a tour of Auto Safari Chapín. We'll discuss the conservation efforts for the animals in the park, many of which have been rescued from circuses and captivity. You'll learn about over 90 species, including lions, jaguars, zebras, giraffes, monkeys, wild boar, reptiles, and native birds. You will also have the opportunity to walk around and admire animals up close.

We'll conclude the visit with a break to enjoy a lunch. You can select from a burger, hot dog, fillet of chicken, or Guatemalan barbecue.

Finally, we will start our journey back to your hotel in Antigua Guatemala, where we'll arrive after 12 hours.
