At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Antigua Guatemala, and head to Panajachel, where indigenous traditions are deeply rooted in the town.

Upon arrival in Panajachel, we'll board a boat for a cruise across Lake Atitlán. The lake is renowned for its beauty, offering views of the Tolimán, Atitlán, and San Pedro volcanoes surrounding the waters.

The boat trip will take us to San Juan La Laguna, where we'll observe the Tz?utujil people's traditional way of life. The Tz'utujil are one of 21 different Maya ethnic groups in Guatemala. Learn about typical products and crafts made in the region, such as brightly colored tunics embroidered with animals and flowers.

After exploring the streets of San Juan La Laguna, we'll return to Panajachel by boat. You will have free time to eat or explore the town at your own pace.

After an invigorating 10 hours, the tour will conclude back at the meeting point in Antigua Guatemala.
