Pacaya Volcano & Kawilal Hot Springs Tour

Join us for an experience as we climb Pacaya, one of Guatemala's most active volcanoes, and visit the Kawilal Hot Springs.

Tour Details

Pickup at your hotel occurs at the designated time for a bus journey to Pacaya National Park, approximately an hour and a half away.

Upon arriving in San Vicente de Pacaya, we start our walk to the base of the Pacaya Volcano. The ascent of the volcano begins here.

We will climb until we are 50 meters (165 feet) from Pacaya's lava-filled crater, allowing time for lunch in this setting.

Afterward, we will descend the volcano and proceed to the Kawilal hot springs. Upon arrival, you can relax in a thermal water circuit that includes 12 thermal pools, 25 steam baths, and three hydrotherapy baths.

Following this 10 to 12-hour tour, we will conclude by returning to the meeting point.
