Pacaya Volcano & Kawilal Hot Springs Tour

Join us for an experience as we climb Pacaya, one of Guatemala's most active volcanoes, and relax at the Kawilal Hot Springs.

Tour Highlights

We will pick you up at your hotel at the designated time and travel by bus to Pacaya National Park, approximately an hour and a half away.

Upon arriving in San Vicente de Pacaya, we will begin our walk to the base of the Pacaya Volcano. Here, we will start our ascent up the volcano!

We will climb until we are just 50 meters (165 feet) from Pacaya's lava-filled crater. During this time, we will have a lunch consisting of a sandwich and a drink.

After our descent, we will proceed to the Kawilal hot springs. You can unwind with a thermal water circuit featuring 12 thermal pools, 25 steam baths, and three hydrotherapy baths.

Following this 10 to 12-hour tour, we will return to the meeting point.
