Pacaya Volcano & Kawilal Hot Springs Tour

Join us for a unique experience as we climb Pacaya, one of Guatemala's most active volcanoes, and relax at the Kawilal Hot Springs.

Tour Details

We will pick you up at your hotel at the designated time for a bus journey to Pacaya National Park, approximately 90 minutes away.

Upon arrival in San Vicente de Pacaya, our walking route begins, leading to the base of the Pacaya Volcano. You will then ascend the volcano's slope to within 50 meters (165 feet) of Pacaya's lava-filled crater. During this time, you will have free time for lunch.

After the ascent, we will descend the volcano and head to the Kawilal hot springs. Here, you can unwind with a thermal water circuit featuring 12 thermal pools, 25 steam baths, and three hydrotherapy baths.

This remarkable adventure lasts 10 to 12 hours, concluding with a return to the meeting point.
