Private Tour of Petra

You'll be picked up from your hotel at 8 am and travel to Petra, the capital of the Nabataean Kingdom. You'll take a horseback ride through the Siq, the main entrance to Petra, which is a narrow gorge approximately 0.75 miles (1.2 kilometres) long. Upon reaching the other side, you'll see why this site is considered one of the Wonders of the World.

The first building you'll encounter is Al Khazneh, known as the Treasury, standing over 131 feet (40 metres) tall and built in the 1st century BC. You'll also see the Theatre and the numerous tombs in the area.

After exploring this remarkable rock city, you'll return to Aqaba at 4 pm and be dropped off at your hotel.
