Private Tour of Petra
You'll be picked up from your hotel at 8 am, and then you'll travel to Petra, the capital of the Nabataean Kingdom. A horseback ride will take you through the Siq, the main entrance to Petra, a narrow gorge approximately 0.75 miles long (1.2 kilometers). At the end, you'll see why this site is considered one of the Wonders of the World.
The first building you will encounter is Al Khazneh, or the Treasury, over 131 feet tall (40 meters) and built in the 1st century BC. You will also see the Theatre and numerous tombs in the area.
After exploring this remarkable ancient city, you will return to Aqaba at 4 pm and be dropped off at your hotel.
