Off-Road + Hike in Wadi Rum Desert

Description

Meet at Wadi Rum Quiet Village Camp, and we'll take off on our off-roading tour through the Jordanian desert to arrive at Jabal Um Addami Mountain.

We'll head towards the border shared by Jordan and Saudi Arabia to reach the outskirts of the mountain. Our ride in the off-roading vehicle provides remarkable views of the desert valley of Wadi Rum.

Upon arrival, we will start our route to ascend Jabal Um Addami. A two-and-a-half-hour hike takes us to the highest summit in Jordan, standing at 1832 meters (6010 feet) above sea level. During this time, we will discuss the flora and fauna thriving in this challenging environment.

After descending, lunch will be provided with a variety of different Jordanian dishes. This two-hour rest allows us to enjoy our meal and the surrounding views before we proceed back in our off-roading vehicle.

As we drive back, we'll take in the natural landscape views, passing by Rock Bridge and Elqettar Spring. Our adventure concludes with a stunning sunset illuminating the dunes as we depart.

Finally, after six hours, we'll return to the meeting point, bringing our adventure to an end.
