At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Araioses and drive to the border between the Brazilian states of Maranhão and Piauí.

Upon arrival at Parnaíba, we'll begin a walking tour of the historic centre to explore the city and its main monuments. Throughout this tour, we will highlight its significant role in the economic development of the region since the 18th century by showcasing important buildings, squares, and churches, including the Mãe da Divina Graça Cathedral.

After this, we will visit Porto das Barcas, previously a storage area for goods destined for export to Europe, now transformed into a cultural complex with bars, restaurants, and shops.

Next, we will explore the Museo do Mar?, an interpretation centre focused on the Parnaíba Delta, the third largest river mouth in the world. This visit provides information on the regional history, local fauna, and artisanal fishing methods.

Finally, we will conclude the tour by returning you to your hotel in Araioses, arriving 3 hours after pickup.
