Aranjuez Private Tour

We will meet next to Café de Damas in Aranjuez to commence our private tour. As we approach the majestic gates of the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, we will appreciate its exterior architecture.

Although we won't explore the interior, we will discuss the palace's rich history, once favored by Spanish nobility in spring. We will gain insights about its past as we walk by the Casas de Oficios y Caballeros next to the Royal Site.

During our tour, we will explore the gardens surrounding the Royal Palace, including the grounds of the King, Queen, Parterre, and Island gardens. We will see various sculptures and iconic fountains such as the Clock, Hercules and Hydra, and Apollo.

Next, we will visit the historic center of Aranjuez, which inspired the urban design of Washington DC. We will admire the architectural features of the Casas Palaciegas and the Infantes.

After 2 hours exploring Aranjuez, we will conclude our private tour at San Antonio Square, near the baroque church of San Antonio and Padua and the Mariblanca Fountain.
