Aranjuez Tourist Train

Visit the Prince's Garden and the historic center of Aranjuez on the Chiquitrén, our family-friendly sightseeing train. You'll admire the lush gardens in the town and the exterior of the palace, the Casa del Labrador, and the Museum of Falúas.

Activity Details

All aboard! At the time of your choice, you can board the Aranjuez tourist train, parked at Palacio Silvela Street, to begin a pleasant tour of this town. This is a comfortable way to get to know this Royal Site and its famous gardens.

We'll first tour the Palace of Aranjuez and, while admiring its facade, discover some interesting facts about its construction. The building and its surroundings are protected as a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

Afterward, we'll access the Prince's Garden, one of the most interesting places in Aranjuez. We'll travel onboard the train through this park, which is larger than the Retiro. You'll see numerous tree specimens and peacocks and hear about the origins of these gardens, dating back to the 18th century.

During the tour, we'll make two stops: one in front of the Museum of Falúas and the other next to the Casa del Labrador. You can get off the train to visit these places on your own and board the next train an hour later to continue the ride.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point, ending the tour.

Due to works in the area, it may not be possible to stop at the Casa del Labrador and the Museum of Falúas. You can ask the train staff about this during your visit.
