Costa Verde Hiking Route

We will meet at the Parcheggio Capo Pecora car park, where the Mediterranean Sea meets steep cliffs. The hike will take approximately 4 hours at a leisurely pace through coastal areas. With short breaks, we will explore cliffs and white pebble coves and visit a watchtower for panoramic sea views.

During the hike, we will observe diverse Mediterranean flora, including mastic trees, rockrose, olive trees, helichrysum, and tamarisk. We will pass Spiaggia delle Uova beach and appreciate the coastal stretch between Buggerru and Piscinas.

Additionally, we will discover remains of ancient fortifications, the Domus de Janas, and the Tombs of Giants, learning about the history of Sardinian banditry. Before concluding the tour, you will enjoy a small aperitif with Sardinian products such as cold meats, cheeses, and a glass of wine.

Our hiking route will end as we return to the starting point.
