Vez River Hike

We'll meet on Rua de Porta Cova in Sistelo to begin our hiking route.

Initially, we'll walk alongside the valley of the town and admire the region's typical crop terraces. Next, we'll cross the medieval bridge to enter the Ecovía do Vez, a designated World Biosphere Reserve.

During the hike, we will traverse wooden walkways and pause at various natural pools to refresh ourselves. We will encounter waterfalls along the way, so be prepared with your cameras.

At the conclusion of the hike, we will return to Sistelo, where we will enjoy some typical local snacks before wrapping up the activity at the meeting point.
