Arequipa & Colca Canyon 4 Day Tour

Day 1: Arequipa

We'll pick you up at the airport or bus terminal in Arequipa at 11 am and take you to the hotel. At 1 pm, we'll start a guided tour of the Peruvian city to see its main tourist attractions. The tour includes visits to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, the Plaza de Armas, the Jesuit Church of the Company, and the historic Tristán del Pozo house. We'll conclude the day with views from Carmen Alto and Yanahuara, returning to the hotel at 6 pm.

Day 2: Arequipa – Colca Valley – Chivay

After breakfast, we'll depart for the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve at 8 am, where we'll observe vicuñas, alpacas, llamas, flamingos, and Andean geese. We'll stop at the Mirador de Los Volcanes for views of the Colca Valley before arriving in Chivay at 2 pm, where you have free time to explore.

Day 3: Chivay – Colca Canyon – Arequipa

The third day begins early at 6 am with breakfast, followed by a trip to the Colca Canyon. We'll pass through villages like Yanque and Maca. At the Condor Cross viewpoint, we will observe condors in their natural habitat. We will return to Arequipa, arriving around 5 pm.

Day 4: Arequipa

After breakfast, we'll drop you at the airport or bus station for your departure transport.

Accommodation

This tour includes 3 nights of accommodation with breakfast. At booking, you can choose between a single or double room. Scheduled hotels are:

Arequipa: Hostal La Casa de Margot or similar.Chivay: Hostal Colca Inn or similar.

Important information

We will pick you up from the airport or bus station at 11 am. Children under 3 years old travel for free but must share a bed and sit on parents' laps during transfers.
