Your journey begins at 9 am when we meet at your accommodation in Arequipa, setting off towards the city’s historic center to engage with Peru's vibrant traditions. There's no better way to appreciate this culture than through its cuisine.

The tour kicks off at a local restaurant where the chef will guide us in understanding Arequipa's gastronomy while we don our aprons and prepare for a hands-on experience.

Throughout this culinary journey, you'll uncover the essence of traditional Peruvian cooking as we craft iconic dishes like rocoto relleno, ocopa arequipeña, and solterito de queso, which might change based on the season.

After the cooking session, we will relish the dishes we've created, savoring them in the fresh outdoor air.

The tour concludes as we return you to your hotel by 5 pm.
