Pillones Waterfall Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Arequipa between 6 and 6:30 am and set off on an excursion to the Pillones waterfalls, located at 4600 metres above sea level. On the way, we'll stop in the villages of Pampa de Arrieros and Patahuasi for breakfast.

At 10:30 am, we'll begin a downhill hike for about an hour to reach the waterfalls. On this route, we will encounter rock formations shaped by water erosion, requiring careful navigation due to its challenging access.

At the waterfalls, you'll have the opportunity for photographs and to enjoy the typical flora and fauna of the region. You can pose in front of the rocks, mimicking their unique shapes.

After visiting the waterfalls, we'll explore the Imata stone forest to experience this unique natural environment. We'll then stop in the village of Imata for lunch before returning to Arequipa, expected to arrive at your hotel around 5 pm.

Pick up

Pick up is included for hotels located within a 1 kilometre radius of the Plaza de Armas in Arequipa. If your hotel is outside this area, you'll need to meet at the Plaza de Armas at the designated time.
