Volcano Valley 3-Day Tour

Day 1: Arequipa - Andagua - Ayo

At 5 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Arequipa and set off for Volcano Valley. Breakfast will be in Corire, followed by a visit to the Querulpa Jurassic Park for a 1-hour stroll to see dinosaur footprints and figures. After lunch, we’ll head to Andagua, enjoying views of the snow-capped peaks of Coropuna and the local wildlife. By 2 pm, we'll arrive in the village of Ayo for dinner, including soup, rice with vegetables, and a hot drink. Good night!

Day 2: Ayo - Mamacocha - Andagua

At 5 am, we’ll depart for Maucallata, where you will have free time for breakfast before visiting Mamacocha Lagoon, the largest spring in South America. After 3 hours, we’ll return to Andagua for lunch. Then, we’ll explore the archaeological site of Antaymarca and enjoy the viewpoint overlooking over 80 small volcanoes. We will hike to the Shankillay Waterfall and a nearby volcano before returning to Ayo for rest.

Day 3: Majes Valley - Arequipa

You will have free time for breakfast before our return to Arequipa. We’ll stop at the ancient farming villages of Machahuay and Viraco in Coropuna Valley. After lunch at a restaurant in Majes, we’ll take a 1-hour tour of the Toro Muerto Petroglyphs, an iconic rock art site. The adventure concludes as we drop you off at your hotel around 6 pm.
