Arezzo Private Culture & Craftsmanship Tour

We'll meet at the time of your choice in Piazza del Duomo, in front of the Arezzo Cathedral. This Tuscan city has been the birthplace of great personalities such as Giorgio Vasari, one of the first art historians.

After learning about Vasari's legacy, we'll visit several workshops in Arezzo to discover local craftsmanship products. Additionally, we'll see the sets where the movie Life is Beautiful was filmed.

The tour continues at the Piazza Grande, an esplanade in the historic center, where we'll observe the famous medieval towers and learn about the history of the Saracen Joust, a significant public event in the square.

Next, we will visit the Basilica of San Francesco to admire the frescoes of The Legend of the True Cross, a masterpiece by Tuscan painter Piero della Francesca.

After a two-hour route, we'll conclude our tour of Arezzo's culture and craftsmanship at the Basilica of San Francesco.
