Ithaca Tour

On this tour to Ithaca from Argostoli, you'll discover the setting of Homer's Odyssey as you sail around the villages of this Greek island in the Ionian Sea.

Ithaca Tour

At 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Argostoli and head northeast to the port of Sami, where we will board a boat bound for Ithaca.

During the boat ride, we will learn the stories surrounding Ithaca, home of the Greek hero Odysseus (Ulysses). Our first stop will be Vathi, the capital of the island, known for its traditional architecture.

From Vathi, we will proceed to Kioni, making an anchor stop at a remote beach to enjoy a swim in the clear waters. Upon arriving in Kioni, we will visit its picturesque harbor and explore the flower-decorated streets.

Finally, we will reach Stravos, where you can stroll through the streets and have free time for a drink at a local establishment. We will then return to the port of Piso Aetos for our journey back to Sami.

The tour concludes with your return to your hotel in Argostoli at 4 pm.
