Scuba Diving in Abades

Description

At the specified time, we will meet at Avenida Cantera del Sol, in the center of Abades. This town, part of Porís de Abona, is recognized for scuba diving in Tenerife due to its clear waters.

We will equip ourselves with a wetsuit, mask, and fins and walk to a nearby beach. Before entering the water, we will review the safety rules and explain some basic theoretical aspects of diving.

We will conduct a splash dive for about 45 minutes, aiming to reach 10 meters (32 feet) deep. During this period, we will use oxygen cylinders and experience the sensation of weightlessness.

While swimming, we will observe the underwater beauty of southern Tenerife, potentially seeing various fish species and, with some luck, sea turtles.

The activity will conclude after 2.5 hours at the starting point.
