The tour begins at the West Rim helicopter terminal, where participants board the helicopter for a view of the Grand Canyon. The flight covers the West Rim, nearest to Las Vegas, showcasing the distinctive reddish hues of the canyon while providing impressive aerial perspectives.
The West Rim holds cultural significance for the Hualapai, who established their reserve there in 1883, maintaining their ancestral traditions and culture. The tour includes a descent of 3,500 feet to an exclusive landing area, allowing 20 minutes of free time for exploration.
Following the landing, participants will reboard the helicopter to return to the initial departure point, concluding the Grand Canyon West Rim tour.
