Visiting the Grand Canyon by helicopter offers a unique view of this significant U.S. attraction, particularly the West Rim, which holds cultural importance for the Hualapai tribe.
Grand Canyon West Rim by Helicopter
The tour begins at the West Rim helicopter terminal, where participants will board the helicopter for views of the Grand Canyon.
The flight will cover the West Rim, the nearest area to Las Vegas, providing views of the canyon's reddish hues. Participants will reach an altitude offering remarkable perspectives of the Grand Canyon.
The West Rim is sacred ground for the Hualapai people, who have preserved their ancestral traditions and culture since establishing their reserve in 1883.
Participants will then descend 3,500 feet to land at an exclusive area, allowing 20 minutes of free time for exploration.
