Ponta do Pai Vitório Hiking Tour

At the designated time, we'll gather at Praça Quilombola and set off on our hiking adventure to the viewpoint of Ponta do Pai Vitório in Búzios.

During the medium-difficulty hike, we'll cover a total distance of 5 kilometers (3 miles) while enjoying the landscapes of Búzios. Our route includes stunning bays like Mosqueiras and Rasa beaches, and we will observe mangroves amidst the rocky terrain. These mangrove formations attract scientists from all over the world.

As we approach Ponta do Pai Vitório, we'll discuss the history behind its name, including an event involving a boat and a priest, and its connections to the slave trade in the 19th century.

Ponta do Pai Vitório is also an excellent spot for photos, with its wild nature and clear waters providing a backdrop for memorable pictures.

After the 2-3 hour hike, we'll conclude our tour back at the starting point.
