At the indicated time we'll pick you up at your hotel in Búzios and start this excursion to Rio de Janeiro. Once we arrive, our first stop will be the Maracana Stadium, the largest football stadium in Brazil, inaugurated in 1950 with a capacity for over 78,000 people, where we'll share interesting facts about its history.

Next, we will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral known for its conical shape, measuring 106 metres (347 feet) in diameter and 75 metres (246 feet) in height, accommodating up to 20,000 people. We will then pass the iconic Selarón Staircase, created by Chilean artist Jorge Selarón, providing a photo opportunity.

Our excursion will continue to Christ the Redeemer, located on Corcovado Mountain at 709 metres (2,326 feet) above sea level. The statue, at 38 metres (124 feet) high, is among the largest in the world and a recognized World Heritage Site since 2012.

Before concluding our tour, we will enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant. Our experience will finish with a scenic tour of Rio's South Zone. We will return to your hotel in Búzios after 13 hours of activity, or you can opt to stay in Rio, with drop-off options at Copacabana, Santos Dumont Airport, or the nearest taxi stop.
