At the designated time, we will gather outside the Quinta do Tedo winery to embark on a journey through the vineyards and olive groves of this historical estate.

This property boasts 37 acres of top-quality vines, recognized as class A by the Douro and Port Wine Institute. As we stroll among the vines, take in the scenery of the valleys and riverbanks created by the Douro and Tedo rivers.

Next, we will explore the 18th-century cellar, where we will learn about the various fermentation rooms, the bottling procedures, and the meticulous manual labeling process. To conclude our visit, you will partake in a tasting of the exceptional wines produced at Quinta do Tedo.

After this hour-long exploration, our activity will come to an end.

Tasting Options

When you book your visit, you can select from three distinct tasting experiences tailored to your preferences:

Tedo Tasting: Sample three wines from D.O.P Douro, including a reserve and a grand reserve, or a selection of a rosé Port, a Tawny wine, and a LBV.Special Tasting: Enjoy five wines along with crackers and compote. The selection will consist of a D.O.P Douro, a reserve, a Tawny Port, a LBV, and a Vintage.Tawny Tasting: Delight in four exclusive wines paired with appetizers, crackers, and compote. This tasting features a Fine Tawny, a 10-year-old Tawny, a 20-year-old Tawny, and a Tawny from the 2005 vintage.
