At 11 am, we will meet at Bolivar Square in the heart of Armenia before heading to the outskirts of the city on public transport to visit markets specialized in fruit and vegetables.
During the journey, we will discuss the gastronomy of Colombia and the role of fresh products in typical dishes. You will learn about traditional products such as guava, lulo, and passion fruit, while uncovering the secrets of Colombian fruit.
