Colombian Fruit Tour
At 11 am, we will meet at Bolivar Square in the heart of Armenia before heading to the outskirts of the city on public transport to visit markets specializing in fruit and vegetables.
On the way, we will discuss the gastronomy of Colombia and the importance of fresh products in typical dishes. You will discover traditional products, such as guava, lulo, and passion fruit. We will reveal the secrets of Colombian fruit.
During our visit to the markets of Armenia, we will explore the properties of each tropical fruit and discuss the history of the city, known as the "miracle city", including the 1999 Eje Cafetero earthquake.
To conclude the experience, we will taste the most typical tropical fruits of Colombia. The tour will finish at 2 pm.
