Quimbaya Bamboo Raft Ride
Pickup is at 9 am at your hotel in Armenia, starting the journey to Quimbaya.
Upon arrival, we will explain the trip along the La Vieja river and its historical significance, as these rafts are similar to those used by pre-Columbian Indians.
The river navigation lasts about four hours, with the route depending on the river currents, showcasing stunning landscapes and opportunities to see local wildlife.
Midway, we will stop at a family farm for lunch. The meal features sudado montañero, a traditional dish from Quindío with potato, yucca, plantain, beef or chicken, and salad.
The activity concludes with a return to Armenia at approximately 2 pm.
