BALNEARIO DE ARNEDILLO

The Balneario Arnedillo located in one of the most beautiful places in La Rioja, between Mount Encineta and the river Cidacos, and very close to the village of Arnedillo, guarantees relaxation and tranquility.

This spa with modern and renovated thermal facilities offers both the power of its Waters and Barros, as well as the care of the body or the new sensations in the cabins with Aromas bathroom. The baroque gallery, the Roman thermal bath, the stove, active pool and outdoor thermal park stand out.

The waters of the Balneario Arnedillo, they are of a mineral-medical character and come at a temperature of 52.5oC. They are classified as sodium chlorinated, sulphate-calculated and bromured, rich in iron and magnesium.

Indicated for the treatment of diseases such as rheumatism, arthritis, osteoarthritis, chronic bronchitis, stress and relaxation in general. Rehabilitation treatment, preventive and aesthetic medicine.

All programs include bathrobe and slippers, free daily access to the active thermal pool, Outdoor Thermal Park and gym.

Some of these treatments are:

• IMPLEMENTATION OF BARRO OR LODO + BATH OR TERMAL DUCHA: Hairy-based treatment (matured clay in thermal water for a long time) applied in very thick layer in all the joints of the patient and in thin layer in the abdomen and thoracic region or in thin layer over the entire body surface.
  The local thermotherapy component (42-45oC of application) complements the properties of the components of the mud and its subsequent immersion or shower (to choose) of thermal water also stimulates manifest relaxing action.
