Los Cristianos Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson

If you'd like to learn an exciting water sport, then our Los Cristianos Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson is perfect for you. We'll cover the necessary theory points and then dive into Las Rayas Bay to admire South Tenerife's marine flora and fauna.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet on the Los Cristianos promenade to head into the diving school. Once we're inside, we'll begin with a brief theory class to learn the key basics of scuba diving.

After 30 minutes of theory, we'll get equipped in scuba diving gear and make our way to the coast to start exploring Tenerife's seabed.

We'll do a 20-minute dive and admire the marine life of Las Rayas Bay, one of the best diving spots in Los Cristianos.

Accompanied by the instructor at all times, we'll swim through the Atlantic Ocean and view the flora and fauna across the volcanic reefs.

During the dive, we'll encounter various marine species including fish, crabs, moray eels, octopus, and shrimp. If conditions are favorable, we may also spot manta rays, stingrays, and butterfly rays.

After the dive, we will return to the surface and head back to shore to return our diving equipment after approximately 3 hours of activity.
