Tour Details

We will meet at Estrada do Alto da Portela s/n, on the outskirts of Arouca, to start this buggy tour. You will drive powerful vehicles following a guide.

Depending on your choice, this buggy tour in Arouca will last between 1 and 3 hours. We will explore various areas of Arouca Geopark, cruising through valleys and hills, where you will see the Serra da Freita.

During the journey, we will spot the famous 516 Arouca, the longest pedestrian hanging bridge in the world, which is a symbol of northern Portugal. While we won't cross this bridge, you will see it from your vehicles for photo opportunities.

After learning about the nature, fauna, and flora of Arouca, we will conclude the buggy tour back at the starting point.

Activity Requirements

Each buggy can fit up to 2 or 4 people. Passengers can take turns driving if they meet the requirements.

To drive the buggy, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid type B driving license.
