Paiva River Canoeing & 4x4 Tour

We will meet at the Areinho river beach, on the banks of the Paiva River, at the specified time. A brief safety rules explanation will precede the distribution of safety helmets and life jackets before we board the boats.

During the canoeing activity, we will navigate the rapid waters of the Paiva River, allowing you to appreciate the geography of Northern Portugal. The canoeing tour will last 2 hours. Following this, we will transition to powerful 4x4 vehicles to explore the Aldeia da Paradinha area, noted for its geology in the Paiva Valley. We will stop to view the Paiva Gorge, typical slate houses, and beehives.

The tour concludes with our return to the starting point after three hours of activities.
