Arubinha Buggy Tour

Looking for an adrenaline rush? On this buggy tour of Arubinha, we'll travel through the captivating natural area of Arraial do Cabo located on the shores of the Araruama Lagoon.

Buggy Tour Details

We'll meet at the time you select at Rúa Quincas Borba, number 7. From there, we will hop on our buggies and head to the natural environment of Arubinha, extending into one of the largest saltwater lagoons in the world.

First, we will pass by the Praia do Pontal, where scenes from the Brazilian soap opera Sol Nascente were filmed. You will have about 30 minutes of free time to enjoy a drink or take a dip in the sea.

Next, we will head to the Lagoa de Araruama and stop at the Ponta da Alcaíra, known for its extensive reach into the lagoon. Here, you can cool off in the waters of one of the largest hypersaline water lagoons in the world.

After approximately 4 hours, we will conclude our buggy tour by returning to the meeting point.

Activity Requirements

Please note that participants over 1.90 m (6 ft 2 in) tall or weighing more than 100 kg (220 lbs) cannot join this activity. The tour requires certain skills to hop on and off the vehicle, making it unsuitable for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.
