Join us on a hiking adventure to Praia Grande and Janela do Paraíso, two locations in Rio de Janeiro. This activity is ideal for those looking to discover the coastline of Arraial do Cabo.

Praia Grande & Janela do Paraíso Hiking Tour

The hike begins at 8 am next to the Flávia Alessandra statue on the west coast of Arraial do Cabo. The hiking trail is 4.6 kilometers (2.8 miles) long, starting at Praia Grande, a popular bay known for its turquoise waters and white sand.

Next, we will visit the fishermen's pier at the southern end of Praia Grande, a traditional spot with small sailor houses and boats that is not frequented by tourists. We will then proceed to Bomba, a well-known diving spot, and Janela do Paraíso, an abandoned building with panoramic views of the coast.

Continuing along the hiking route, we will stop at viewpoints like Vigia or Pedra Mágica until we reach the Gruta do Céu sea cave. Participants will have 30 minutes of free time to swim and sunbathe at Selvagem beach.

The activity will conclude at 12 noon back at the starting point next to the Flávia Alessandra statue.
